Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing high-volume invoices.This is an urgent requirement, so applicants who are available immediately or at short notice will be prioritised.Main Responsibilities
  • Processing and reconciling a high volume of supplier invoices
  • Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams in a timely manner
  • Preparing payment runs and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processes
Required
  • Proven experience in accounts payable, ideally within a high-volume environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy team setting
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
