Within this position your role will be to focus on growing the existing portfolio and market share within the relevant patches. You will be working closely with your own business development team that will help generate market appraisals for your diary.Role Overview:As a Lettings Valuer, you'll be the face of the business in Nine Elms, responsible for:Conducting property valuations and winning new instructionsDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with landlordsGenerating leads through local networking and proactive outreachAdvising clients on the lettings process with confidence and expertiseWorking closely with directors and wider team to drive the department forwardCovering key areas across SW London with a focus on customer service and conversionWhat's on Offer:
