We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our team in Hatfield. This role is essential in ensuring continuity in students' education when their regular teachers are unavailable. As a Supply Teacher, you will step into a variety of classrooms, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic progress.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons to ensure students remain on track with their learning.
  • Creating an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters student participation.
  • Managing behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and School Administrators to uphold school policies and student well-being.
  • Supervising students not only in the classroom but also during break times and other school activities.
  • Administering tests, quizzes, and assignments, ensuring that students' work is collected and organised efficiently.
  • Utilising a range of teaching materials, including textbooks and digital resources, to enhance the learning experience.
