You'll be helping to keep estates clean, green, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and colleagues alike.What your day might look like:
  • Start with your scheduled grounds maintenance tasks-keeping everything tidy and on track.
  • Get stuck into horticultural activities like planting seasonal beds, trimming hedges, turf care, weed control, and leaf clearing.
  • Finish up by disposing of green waste responsibly, in line with company policy and environmental regulations.

  • Is happy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Has a full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Has experience in horticulture and grounds maintenance.
  • Knows how to safely use powered equipment like mowers and strimmers.
