Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of building services, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems:
- Electrical installations, repairs, and testing (18th Edition essential)
- Lighting and power systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Access control systems
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor carpentry repairs
- General building maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose building service issues
- Carry out repairs and installations of building service components and systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work independently and as part of a team
- A proven track record as a multi-skilled engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a strong electrical bias.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) - essential. Other relevant qualifications desirable.
- 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge - essential.
- Experience with a range of building services in commercial settings
- Competitive salary of £43,000 per year
- Monday to Friday working hours (8am - 5pm)
