- Lead the creation of a new vertical within Visa Commercial Solutions focused on ecommerce and supply chain finance.
- Conduct research, market mapping, and opportunity sizing to identify areas where Visa can add differentiated value.
- Develop compelling working capital propositions for buyers and suppliers, underpinned by Visa's network and commercial solutions.
- Identify and prioritize target players to engage, including ecommerce platforms, SaaS providers, fintechs, and corporates.
- Build and nurture senior relationships across Europe to accelerate adoption of Visa's solutions.
- Act as a thought leader on working capital, supply chain finance, and virtual card usage in ecommerce.
- Collaborate across Visa (strategy, product, partnerships, sales, marketing) to bring a “One Visa” approach to clients.
- Drive sales enablement by equipping client-facing teams with insights, tools, and narratives that open new doors.
- Champion creativity and strategic thinking while maintaining focus on execution, revenue growth, and scalable models.
- Ensure Visa's solutions are positioned to address the evolving needs of buyers and suppliers, while maximizing value creation for all parties.
- Senior-level experience in ecommerce, fintech, or banking with a focus on working capital and supply chain finance
- Proven track record in developing and selling working capital solutions to corporates, platforms, or marketplaces
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders (Treasurers, CFOs, Procurement heads) on working capital, financial ROI, and supplier-buyer value dynamics
- Strong background in B2B payments and, ideally, knowledge of virtual card usage in ecommerce and supply chain contexts
- Deep understanding of working capital solutions, buyer-supplier economics, and supply chain finance models
- Knowledge of B2B acceptance in ecommerce and SaaS contexts
- Familiarity with different client types (from platforms and ISVs to large corporates) and their financial priorities
- Awareness of digital spend flows and ecosystems, including media, infrastructure, advertising, and commerce
- Ability to independently build a new business vertical from strategy to execution
- Strong research, analytical, and opportunity-sizing skills
- Strategic thinker with creativity and curiosity to identify unconventional opportunities
- Business development mindset with proven ability to open doors, negotiate, and close senior-level deals
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a strong personal network across relevant ecosystems
