- Develop, test, and refine Europe-specific value propositions and messaging that clearly articulate the benefits and differentiation of Plaid's products.
- Create and optimise a comprehensive suite of sales enablement materials, including but not limited to, pitch decks, sales scripts, battlecards, cheat sheets, customer success stories, and one-pagers, ensuring our GTM teams are well-equipped at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Own the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy and execution for new product and feature launches in Europe, coordinating across product, sales, and global marketing teams to drive successful adoption and awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and refine our product positioning and messaging within the European FinTech landscape.
- Partner closely with the European sales team to understand their needs, gather feedback on existing materials, and identify new enablement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the global product marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand while championing the unique needs of the European market.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and optimisations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Plaid's products for the European market, supporting internal teams and external communications as needed.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a strong preference for experience within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or a technically complex industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing impactful sales enablement strategies and creating high-quality sales content (e.g., pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers).
- Proven track record of successfully owning and leading Go-To-Market strategies and execution for product launches.
- Experience in developing localised messaging and value propositions for diverse geographic markets, ideally within Europe.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for various audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sales, product, and other marketing teams.
