- Prepare promotional calendar and topline planning in line with annual targets.
- Manage deal selection on EU10 level for the assigned brand.
- Manage day-to-day relationship with several stakeholders from Amazon Team, UK Local Team and Amazon CatMan and Media Teams.
- Track and analyze sell-through performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks on EU10 Level.
- Closely collaborate with Amazon Regional Sales Team to ensure listings, continuous availability and activation of the Mattel range on the site.
- Represent the company during trade fairs, showroom visits and customer meetings.
- Prepare weekly consumption model for UK Amazon business.
- Weekly POS analysis, business reviews with Amazon Lead Team and Amazon CatMan Team.
- Adjust and implement monthly quantity forecasting for assigned portfolio on EU10 level.
- Preparation for Amazon Consensus Meetings.
- Core contributor in the ongoing evolution and implementation of the 'Go-to-Market' strategy together with cross-functional teams (marketing,media, supply chain, local sales and finance).
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of retailers' and toy market dynamics.
- Identify shopper and e-commerce trends for business growth and implement initiatives and action plans.
- In collaboration with the analytics teams, monitor KPIs to deliver on objectives and accelerate business growth.
- Be proficient in Excel and internal systems to support data-driven decision making and reporting.
- Represent the Amazon Europe team internally and externally on assigned projects.
- Together with the rest of the team, act as a centre of competence and expertise for e-retail towards the rest of the organization.
- Support local sales teams for better online understanding and execution.

- University degree in related fields (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma)
- At least total of 3 years of Sales, at Key Account Management experience with e-commerce understanding. Solid understanding in dealing with Supply Chain, Finance and IT processes to work cross functional.
