Working Hours: Full-timeMy client is an established Legal 500 firm who are seeking to grow their highly regarded contested wills and probate team. The firm handles a wide range of wealth work on behalf of their loyal client base of predominantly high-net-worth clients, the successful candidate will be assisting the senior members of the team on complex matters alongside developing their own clients and caseload.As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Tackling a range of work such as contested probate, will disputes, inheritance claims, trusts disputes, claims regarding estates and trustees and more.
- Assisting senior members of the team on high-value matters, this can often include cross border elements.
- Involvement in business development and significant client engagement.
