- Lead a development project, establishing a baseline understanding of the reserve’s natural heritage.
- Champion the long-term vision for Inverbroom: a thriving landscape of healthy uplands, native woodlands, revived rivers, and species-rich grasslands.
- Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee contractor recruitment and delivery of key activities, including thermal drone surveys and grazing options planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scope restoration, training, and engagement opportunities.
- Support the development of follow-on funding and a robust monitoring and evaluation framework.
- Deliver a detailed project activity plan and monitor progress against milestones and KPIs.
- Facilitate a Strategic Advisory Group and ensure high-quality reporting to funders.
- Lead communications and engagement with stakeholders, funders, and local communities.
- Coordinate with internal teams across Reserves, Knowledge & Evidence, Communications, and Policy.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in conservation, land management, or rural development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in managing contractors and overseeing ecological or land-based projects.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work across disciplines and organisations.
- Passion for nature restoration and community engagement.
