Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching at Levels 4 and 5, drawing on your academic and professional expertise.
Inspire students by bringing industry insights and applied learning into the classroom.
Support students’ academic, professional, and personal development through expert teaching, mentoring, and feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to design, review, and continually improve a forward-thinking curriculum.
Use digital learning tools and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
Contribute to research, scholarship, or professional practice, maintaining your own subject expertise.
Play an active role in student recruitment, curriculum development, and industry engagement.
About You
Relevant degree and postgraduate qualification (or equivalent professional experience).
Industry experience in business, management, or hospitality to enrich student learning.
Experience in teaching, assessment, and curriculum development within Higher Education.
Commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and student success.
Collaborative, engaged with industry, and keen to contribute to a vibrant academic community.
A teaching qualification and/or Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy are desirable, but not essential.
