This is a fantastic opportunity to complete your induction years with access to excellent mentoring, CPD, and career development.Key Responsibilities of the Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT):
  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons following the national curriculum.
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
  • Work closely with colleagues, mentors, and parents to ensure pupil success.
Requirements for the Primary ECT role:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification.
  • A passion for teaching and commitment to professional development.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
