- Lead, manage, and support regional teams of Care Coordinators to deliver outstanding client and carer experiences.
- Oversee compliance and recruitment functions, ensuring alignment with CQC regulations and company standards.
- Work closely with the Operations Director to execute strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork across all operational areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ensure safe, effective, and timely mobilisation of care packages.
- Proven leadership experience in the complex care or wider health & social care sector (essential).
- A hands-on leader with a "can-do" & “hands on” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
- Confident in building lasting relationships with clients, carers, and stakeholders.
