– Assess and deliver tailored care plans for paediatric patients, addressing their communication needs
– Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care

– Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in line with NHS standards

You will need a degree or equivalent qualification in Speech and Language Therapy, along with HCPC registration.
