Start Date: September 2025We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join An outstanding primary school in the NG31 area. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality education and supporting pupils' learning and development.The Role:
- Deliver planned lessons and interventions across a range of year groups
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional progress
- Lead small group and whole-class activities in the teacher's absence
- Work closely with teaching staff to create engaging and inclusive learning opportunities
- Monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Contribute to classroom organisation, displays, and resource preparation
- Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school
- Confident in leading whole-class sessions and managing behaviour positively
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
