- Conduct thorough assessments and manage a variety of cases within the Children in Need (CIN), Domestic Abuse, and Child Protection (CP) spheres.
- Develop and implement individual protection plans effectively to safeguard children while keeping families together whenever possible.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, utilising a systemic approach to derive solutions for complex cases.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge to progress CIN/CP protection plans and improve outcomes for children and their families.
- Engage with children and families face-to-face to conduct comprehensive assessments and offer continuous support.
