- Support the Studio Sales Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations.
- Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and membership conversions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members, answering enquiries, and providing studio tours.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness.
- Ensure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided).
- Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture.
- Previous sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail sales preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized.
- Confident using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to close sales.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
