- Design and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with business priorities, talent acquisition, and retention goals across Africa.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, market best practices, and emerging regulations in compensation, benefits, and recognition.
- Lead change management initiatives related to compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Ensure appropriateness of base salary structures, incentive programs, benefits etc. in compliance with local labour laws.
- Conduct market bench-marking and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay positioning and internal equity.
- Drive pay-for-performance initiatives, including annual salary review, bonus plans, and retention incentives.
- Manage M&A-related total rewards integration for new business acquisitions in the region.
- Leverage HR data analytic to assess the impact of total rewards programs on employee engagement, performance, and retention within the region and global business area of responsibility.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR business partners, finance, and leadership within area of responsibility on total rewards matters.
- Coach area and/or local HR understanding of reward principles, so they can execute reward interventions autonomously, appropriately and accurately
With a strong expertise of Africa markets, you have a deep understanding of job architecture, pay equity, incentive design, and benefits strategy.
Experience with HR technology platforms and data analytic tools and excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French is required.Our client is an international group, leader in their field and with a strong presence in Africa.Our client offers an attractive remuneration package.
