Site Manager / Project Manager - New Build | Public Sector | Perth AreaWe are working with a Tier 1 National Main Contractor on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager /Project Manager to deliver a £3 million new build public sector project based in the Perth area.This is a chance to join a multi-disciplined team known for delivering complex construction projects across the UK with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and community impact.What you'll be doing:
  • Taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from inception through to completion
  • Leading the site team, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and consultants
  • Driving programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience managing new build projects, ideally within the public sector
  • Strong track record delivering projects from the ground up
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications (essential)
  • Degree-qualified or strong trade background will be considered
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
