Our client, a respected HVAC and building services company based near Chelmsford, is looking to appoint a PPM Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance and installation work along the A12 corridor, covering both Essex and London.This is a great opportunity for a reliable and experienced engineer who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of HVAC systems.Carry out installations of HVAC equipment when required.Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures on all jobs.Complete detailed job sheets and maintenance records.Work efficiently across a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties.Communicate effectively with clients and the internal office team.Candidate Requirements:Proven experience in a similar HVAC or building services maintenance role.NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (essential).Experience in both maintenance and installation work.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.Full UK driving licence.Good understanding of HVAC systems, fault-finding, and repair processes.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications).Company vehicle and fuel card.Full uniform, tools, and PPE supplied.Ongoing training and progression opportunities.
