- Manage the recoveries process for financial accounts to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
- Monitor outstanding debts and liaise with internal teams to address discrepancies effectively.
- Support the preparation and submission of reports related to recoveries performance.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address queries and provide updates on recoveries cases.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies when required to recover overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all recoveries activities within the system.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the recoveries function.
- Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector, ideally within a recoveries or related role.
- A strong understanding of financial processes and debt management.
- Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for recoveries.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams professionally.
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment in Camberley.
- Competitive salary, approximately £33,500 to £40,000 per annum.
