This is a great opportunity for an experienced Print Finisher / Signmaker to join a forward-thinking company. They are looking for an experienced person to help with all aspects of print finishing, including sewing and packing.Responsibilities:
  • Operate a film laminator to laminate both roll and rigid substrates
  • Operate a Bürkle liquid laminator
  • Vinyl application / mounting
  • Sign assembly and assembly of exhibition graphic displays
  • Using packaging tools to pack products suitably for either customer collection of courier service
  • Use production management system to view customer jobs, due dates and identify priorities
Essential skills & experience:
  • The successful applicant will be working as part of a team, therefore need good communication skills
  • Fork lift truck licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure high standards are kept at all times with a keen eye for detail
  • Applicants are required to be active and fit for carrying and helping to load media onto the printer
  • Able to be willing to help out in all aspects of production, as and when required
  • Print finishing experience is beneficial, although some training can be given
  • Experience of print operating / minding would be beneficial
