We are looking to recruit an experienced and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. The role involves delivering a wide range of nursing services within the primary care setting, including Childhood and Adult Immunisation, Cervical Smears, chronic disease management, preventative care, and health promotion.Main duties of the job
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous practice nursing experience, to include :
  • Cervical Cytology Screening taking smears and overseeing the safety of the cytology screening service within our surgery
  • Child immunisations given child immunisations and overseeing child immunisation take up within the surgery
  • Wound monitoring and dressings
  • ECG / Phlebotomy / Injections
