Pay Rate: £70,000 – £85,000 per annumJob Description:Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee a group of high-quality Children’s Homes of its client in the Preston area. - In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new foster parents and managing their licensing, re-licensing, and training.
- You will coordinate relationships with counties and referral sources, meet bi-weekly with children and foster parents, and oversee daily operations of the regional program.
- You will design and implement a recruitment plan to support program growth and ensure all state requirements are met in foster homes.
- Additionally, you will handle grievances, maintain knowledge of program and clinical processes, and participate in internal and external committees to address Social Policy regarding foster care and children aging out.
- Other duties may be assigned by the State Director, Treatment Foster Care.

- Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Responsible Individual, or Senior Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- A strong track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- A strategic mindset with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop multiple teams
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the region
