You will be joining a supportive Key Stage 2 team committed to fostering a positive and successful learning environment.Your Role and Responsibilities:As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will be integral to the classroom, focusing on:Targeted Academic Support: Deliver tailored interventions in Maths and English to individuals and small groups, with a key focus on boosting confidence and attainment for Year 6 SATS.Resource Adaptation: Skillfully adapt learning materials under the teacher's guidance to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those who require extra challenges or support.Pastoral & Behavioural Support: Foster a safe and positive learning environment.
