- Registered Mental Health nursing certificate (RMN) OR Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
- Accredited counselling course or equivalent
- Experience of working in a mental health setting substantively
- Post preceptorship sign off and able to take charge
- Involvement of innovative nursing practice
- Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Ability to speak Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, Gujerati
