
ITO Project Manager/ Portfolio Analyst

This role suits a self-starter who can take ownership of multiple projects concurrently, identifying and unblocking issues as appropriate, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive the project forward.Additionally, you will support the prioritisation, planning and tracking of a wider portfolio of projects within ITO, managed currently by other ITO team leads.This involves gathering and analysing project information so that the status of the portfolio is transparent and any required interventions can be identified and actioned.What you will be doingAs a ITO Project Manager / Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Delivery of a broad range of ITO projects, covering different technologies
- Working with project stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed through appropriate collaboration, reporting and governance channels
- Managing third-party vendors and system implementation partners where required
- Managing the ITO Project pipeline, working with stakeholders and technical teams across ITO to track and prioritise a portfolio of projects, including plans, resources and forecasts
- Demonstrate previous experience of working as a Project manager
- Create and maintain project lifecycle documents according to need e.g. project definition, project plans, milestone tracking, RAID logs, project closure, lessons learned
- Work on multiple projects concurrently, varying in size and complexity
- Need a good understanding of technical concepts e.g. identity management, software development, technical infrastructure
