- Deliver top-tier surface treatments with precision, following detailed production plans and quality standards.
- Master a range of specialist techniques including spray painting, grit blasting, acid etching, and adhesive mixing.
- Operate within cleanroom conditions, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Be ready to support operations both on-site and off-site - including exciting opportunities to work abroad.
- Mentor trainees and share your expertise to help grow the next generation of technicians.
Essential:
- Confident interpreting technical drawings and electronic instructions.
- Experience in high-precision industries like Space, Aerospace, Automotive, or Motorsport.
- Comfortable working at height and mixing paint compounds to exact specifications.
- 3+ years in toolmaking, sheet metal, or similar technician roles.
- Cleanroom experience and a proactive approach to team leadership.
- Skilled in masking, spraying, and maintaining spray booths and ovens.
- Knowledge of waste disposal and environmental safety practices.
