£30,000 - £40,000 Basic + £40,000 Commission OTE + Vehicle + Laptop + PhoneNEOS Engineering Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading supplier of high-performance chippers, stump grinders, and forestry machinery who are growing their UK sales division.We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive with a passion for marketing, social media and machinery to take ownership of their Arboriculture sector sales pipeline — managing an already-established customer base and building a network from the ground up across the Forestry & Tree Surgery sector.The Role:
  • Selling industry-leading machinery across the UK arboriculture and forestry sector
  • Owning and developing the sales pipeline – a current base generating £40,000+ in commission per year
  • Managing customer relationships from first call to final demo
  • Creating, growing and owning the company's Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn pages
  • Cold calling, warm leads, inbound & outbound sales
  • Organising and attending on-site machine demos
  • Using the CRM to maintain data and track sales performance
  • Working closely with the marketing and operations team
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Background in sales or business development – ideally within machinery, tools or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for lead generation and audience building
  • Confident with cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing
  • Self-starter – able to build a network and take full ownership of the sales process
  • Experience using a CRM for sales tracking
  • Comfortable with technical product demos (full training provided)
  • Knowledge or interest in forestry, tree surgery or arboriculture is highly beneficial
