- Ensure work is produced to a high level of accuracy, in a timely manner, and to relevant SLAs and operational standards (where defined)
- Support line manager in ensuring departmental guides, processes, and procedures are current, as well as supporting the accurate production of MI and reporting (for example, active engagement with ActiveOps)
- Escalate any issues as appropriate to management in relation to risks, errors, and/or daily workload completion in a timely manner
- Understand the team goals and the relationship to wider group strategy
- Identify and highlight opportunities for simplification / innovation (Little ‘i’) via continuous improvements in working practices, in conjunction with Operations Initiatives
- Support delivery of projects where appropriate
- Understanding of the financial services sector
