Hybrid Liverpool role (Mon-Fri, 8-4) supporting customers from order to delivery for a complex technical manufacturer. £40-42k. SAP essential. Work closely with supply chain, sales, and quality teams in a truly global environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Liaise with logistics on domestic and export shipments
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and communicate updates
  • Collaborate with multiple departments for a seamless customer journey
  • Utilise SAP and Salesforce to manage orders, documentation, and credits

  • Experienced in complex, technical customer service environments
  • Proficient in SAP sales order processes (ATP/MRP, finance, credit)
  • Strong communicator, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
  • Organised, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally
Join a global technical manufacturer in a role where every day is different. You'll be the go-to contact for complex, order-to-delivery customer support, working closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Accounts, and Quality teams. SAP experience is essential, as is a background in technical customer service within a complex business environment. Languages are a plus, but the role is English-speaking.
  • £40,000-£42,000 salary
  • Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week in Liverpool office
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm - no evenings or weekends
