- Manage orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Liaise with logistics on domestic and export shipments
- Proactively resolve customer issues and communicate updates
- Collaborate with multiple departments for a seamless customer journey
- Utilise SAP and Salesforce to manage orders, documentation, and credits
- Experienced in complex, technical customer service environments
- Proficient in SAP sales order processes (ATP/MRP, finance, credit)
- Strong communicator, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
- Organised, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally
- £40,000-£42,000 salary
- Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week in Liverpool office
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm - no evenings or weekends
