An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group, CM17In return we offer a company award scheme, optional work place pension, career progression and access to a substantial free online training academy for professional development.Hours: On average 42 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. 3 days, 3 nights, 3 off Monday to Sunday 07:00am - 19:00pm.Pay rate: £12.75 per hour.What's in it for you?

Responsibilities:
  • Act as an initial point of contact.
  • Ensuring overall safety and security of the premises.
  • Responds to all faults within the premises as discovered.
  • Monitor access to the premises and visitors.
  • Meeting the requirements of health and safety policies and practices.
  • Reporting incidents.
  • Effective recording of information.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Advises management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns.
  • Reporting repairs to maintenance contractors by using appropriate systems.
  • Patrolling internal and external.
Person Specification
  • A valid SIA Licence
  • A full five year checkable employment history.
  • Industry experience and background.
  • Reliable.
  • Willingness to be flexible in working hours.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
  • Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative.
