Therefore it is preferable if you to live within (approximately) a 1 hr radius of OX25.You will be working as part of a supportive team, speaking to patients about their needs with the ultimate aim to book the patient in for treatment.You will need to be happy talking to people on the telephone, resilient, with a caring, empathetic nature and be comfortable working to targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering telephone and online enquiries, making bookings for patients, and answering questions relating to treatments at a number of our clinics.
Booking and managing our clinic diaries within the business guidelines
Working towards individual targets and KPIs
Contacting existing patients who are interested in finance options with us.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Flexibility is needed in order to ensure optimum cover at all times, working patterns are agreed well in advance so you have plenty of notice to plan outside of work, you will work a 37.5 hour week (7.5 hours per day, over a varying shift pattern between the hours of 8am- 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday)ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Previous experience in a similar environment with experience of booking appointments (Such as in a medical environments, hospitality industry or beauty industry would be an advantage).
