
Technical Configuration Services Specialist

- Assist the Technical Configuration team to respond clients' requests related to financial needs.
- Meet clients' expectations and ensure proper compliance with configuration of Egencia's reservation solution.
- Support Account Managers to solve problems related to configuration and business customer profiles. - Ensure that the service level agreements from business customers are respected.
- Ensure compliance with the processes of each business client (means of payment, invoicing, etc.).
- Identify any potential optimization of internal processes.
- Immediate assistance in emergency situations (Egencia reservation solution not available, payment method not available, etc.).
- Work in close collaboration with transversal services such as the back office or shared services to resolve requests related to billing problems.
- Get in touch with the various supplier partners when the situation requires it.
- Strong understanding of travel operations, products and platforms.
- Excellent communication ability including written and oral presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills in relation to travel-related processes.
- Excellent administrative and time management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to influence both internally and externally.
- Patience and understanding. Ability to listen to issues and provide patient support to internal customers
- Ability to read and analyze information from co-workers, understand issues, prioritize, and fix problems
- Ability to grow within a role and become an expert, teach users, while devising ways for users to become proficient and self-sufficient in their role
