Salary: MPS/UPS; £32,916 - £51,048 per annumGSL Education are currently seeking a of dynamic and committed Teacher of Maths to join Client Secondary school in York, North Yorkshire.Teacher of Maths Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across a range of abilities and Key Stages.
  • Inspire students through active learning strategies.
  • Track and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Follow the ethos and policies of the school, promoting positive behaviour throughout the school.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative resources and creative teaching approaches.
Teacher of Maths Requirements:
  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
  • High expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
  • Hold a Child Only DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
