- Lead key client accounts, whether walking them through strategic plans, pitching ideas, or reviewing campaign performance with clarity and confidence.
- Oversee campaign strategy and delivery, ensuring media plans are insight-led, well scoped, and aligned with client business goals.
- Guide and mentor your team, holding regular one-to-ones, supporting their development goals, and setting a strong example through your leadership.
- Own the client brief process, from interrogation and insight to creative ideation and final recommendations, delegating appropriately while maintaining high standards.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, drawing from data sets and media metrics to make performance-led recommendations and communicate results.
- Be the go-to advisor for clients someone they trust to challenge constructively, bring new thinking to the table, and identify opportunities to grow their brand.
- Support new business efforts, from spotting organic growth opportunities to contributing to formal pitch responses, team coordination, and final delivery.
- Contribute to internal culture, offering input on agency direction and actively participating in brainstorms, workshops, and team initiatives.
- Build strong external relationships with media owners, platform partners, and suppliers, especially within gaming, entertainment, and live events.
- 5+ years' experience in media planning and buying, with solid client-facing exposure.
- A strategic mindset with a strong grasp of both digital and traditional media channels.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor teams with a calm, collaborative, and solution-led approach.
- A commercial lens, with experience managing scopes, budgets, and campaign delivery timelines.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with or a real interest in video gaming.
