  • Lead a Year 3 class with full responsibility for planning, delivery, assessment, and pastoral care.
  • Create engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and progress.
  • Work closely with the KS2 phase team to ensure continuity and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a positive school ethos where pupils are respectful, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Support the wider school community and participate in staff meetings, CPD, and events.
About You:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 3.
  • Confident in delivering the national curriculum in a creative, supportive way.
  • Able to manage behaviour effectively and create a warm, inclusive classroom.
  • Keen to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Enthusiastic, reflective, and ready to contribute positively to school life.
