Role: Childcare AssessorLocation: South YorkshirePay rate: Up to £28 per hourStart date: ASAPContract type: TemporaryMorgan Hunt are working with an established Further Education College to help employ a Childcare Assessor. This is a full time position (37 hours per week) between Monday and Friday.Responsibilities
  • Visiting salons to conduct assessments
  • Embedding Functional Skills
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete to meet awarding body compliance
  • Engaging with salon managers to promote the business and ensure future pipeline of learners
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews with the IQA
The Childcare Assessor will need to have
  • A Level 3 in Childcare (or a related subject).
  • Childcare experience working up to managerial level.
  • Teaching or assessing experience
  • Assessor or Teaching qualification
  • A minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to meet company needs
