Juice Personnel are currently working with a well-established company, who are seeking a Night Shift Transport Administrator to join their dynamic team in Wakefield.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and has strong administration skills. You will be responsible for debriefing drivers, managing documentation, and supporting the operational team in ensuring smooth logistics processes during the night shift.could this be you?keep looking...The Role
  • Fully debrief returning drivers and investigate any productivity concerns
  • Ensure driver paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Print dockets and manifests for dispatch
  • Maintain and update GTS and Microlise systems
  • Monitor compliance and report issues to the Operations team
  • Liaise with Customer Services and Planning teams regarding real-time delivery updates
  • Ensure accurate despatch of drivers and manage vehicle allocations
  • Assist with Driver Hours admin and WTD compliance
  • Proactively monitor driver attendance and escalate issues as needed
  • Investigate late/failed deliveries and provide root cause analysis
  • Keep logs and spreadsheets up to date daily
About You
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm and effective under pressure
  • Proficient in transport/logistics systems (e.g., GTS, Microlise)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
