  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and imaginative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages self-expression, collaboration, and creative risk-taking
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform future planning
  • Inspire students to explore dramatic techniques, performance styles, and theatrical history
  • Contribute to the wider school community through school productions, enrichment activities, and cross-curricular projects
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have experience teaching Drama at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
  • Be a reflective, innovative, and student-focused practitioner
  • Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and student wellbeing
  • Possess excellent subject knowledge, communication, and organisational skills
