Perfect for individuals with strong behaviour management skills, this position offers flexibility and valuable experience for those considering a career in education.Responsibilities:As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes when teachers are unavailable, ensuring work is completed as planned.
- Maintain order in the classroom by managing behaviour effectively.
- Assist students with tasks and provide clarification where necessary.
- Communicate with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions.
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- A proactive attitude and confidence in managing classrooms.
- Strong behaviour management skills to keep students engaged.
- Good levels of Maths and English (essential).
- A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their development.
- Previous experience in education or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- A competitive daily rate of £100 - £110.
