A Library Assistant is the first point of contact for users of the Library. Library Assistants deal with the public in person and on the telephone, answering enquiries, assisting with self service terminals and public computers, shelving, signposting to other agencies and dealing with Council-related enquiries.If you are committed to providing excellent customer care and can contribute cheerfully and efficiently to a quality Library Service, Macclesfield Library would like to hear from you.
