- Comprehensive experience managing Amazon and eBay accounts, ideally for a product-based or manufacturing business
- Proven record of driving marketplace sales growth and profitability at scale
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, marketplace algorithms, and ad platforms
- Strong experience using Helium10, keyword tools, and performance dashboards
- Confident with Excel, data analysis, and feed management software (e.g. Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, etc.)
- Commercial thinker who thrives on identifying new product gaps and turning insights into sales
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – hands-on, proactive, and results-driven
- Own the performance and strategy of all marketplace activity
- Lead sales growth initiatives across Amazon and eBay, including domestic and international expansion into Europe and other high-potential regions
- Drive conversions through listing optimisation, targeted promotions & pricing strategies
- Identify high-potential product opportunities based on customer demand, competitor analysis, and keyword trends
- Use tools like Helium10, Amazon Ads, and eBay Promoted Listings to optimise listings and maximise visibility
- Monitor daily marketplace performance (traffic, conversion, Buy Box %, ACoS, ROI), and take data-driven actions to improve
- Proactively manage account health, feedback, and policy compliance
- Oversee inventory accuracy, fulfilment strategies, and shipping performance
- Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure an excellent post-sale experience and avoid order issues
- Troubleshoot listing issues, handle suppressed or flagged products and maintain compliance with platform policies
- Manage the full marketplace catalogue, including new product setup, bundle creation, and seasonal range planning
- Enhance product listings with strong keyword optimisation, clear descriptions and high-converting visuals
- Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, marketing team and internal stakeholders to align campaigns and drive performance
- Support wider ecommerce initiatives where marketplace insights are valuable (e.g., product demand trends, customer behaviour)
