
Graduate Analog IC Design Engineer

- Contribute to the specification, design, simulation, and verification of analog circuit blocks
- Support system-level modelling and architectural design activities
- Collaborate closely with layout engineers to guide and review analog layout
- Assist in the lab evaluation of silicon and development of supporting test hardware/software
- Participate in technical support tasks including qualification, failure analysis, and test development
- Ensure adherence to internal design processes and documentation standards
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
- A strong foundation in analog circuit theory and design principles
- Confident communicator with solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Organised and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a proactive approach to personal and technical development
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Interest in working cross-functionally with layout, test, and systems teams
- Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Exposure to real-world IC development from spec to silicon
- Develop alongside experienced analog, MEMS, and mixed-signal engineers
- Opportunities for further technical training and development
