- Enhance programme control processes, including consistent RAID management, up-to-date initiative documentation, change control procedures, key design decision logs, and maintenance of the integrated programme plan.
- Produce high-quality committee papers, ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with programme objectives.
- Resolve cross-cutting dependencies within the Modernisation programme and across non-Modernisation change initiatives, ensuring alignment and minimising delivery risks.
- Drive consistency across initiatives by sharing best practices—such as planning standards and RAID approaches—and embedding standardised ways of working throughout the programme.
- Coordinate and document governance forums, ensuring agendas, minutes, and actions are clearly captured and distributed, and that governance processes are applied consistently across the programme.
- Facilitate oversight and assurance activities, acting as a key liaison for 1st and 2nd line risk reviews and supporting audit readiness.
- Ensure timely, consistent, and actionable MI is available to key stakeholder groups to support transparency and informed decision-making.
- Support the implementation of programme structure and stage gates, ensuring alignment with delivery milestones and governance checkpoints.
- Enable effective communication and stakeholder engagement across the programme, facilitating updates and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Organise and facilitate the GPAS Steering Committee meetings, including setting the agenda, taking minutes, and tracking actions. Produce and distribute the committee paper in a timely manner. Follow up on decisions and escalations to ensure accountability and progress.
- Oversee and track the GPAS budget and resource profile, ensuring accurate forecasting, monitoring of spend against plan, timely reporting, and early identification of key financial risks or issues.
- Support the review and validation of commercial agreements with vendors, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, tracking progress against key milestones and dependencies, and monitoring vendor performance to support delivery assurance.
- Manage the change control process for GPAS, including logging, assessing, and coordinating the approval of change requests via the Change Board. Maintain a clear audit trail and ensure changes are communicated effectively to stakeholders.
- Lead the RAID management process for the GPAS programme, including facilitating regular reviews, maintaining the RAID log, and proactively escalating and resolving critical items to support effective programme delivery.
- Comply with Beazley procedures, policies and regulations including the code of conduct
- Undertake training on Beazley policies and procedures as delivered by your line manager, the Culture & People or assurance teams (compliance, risk, internal audit) either directly, via e-learning or the learning management system
- Display business ethics that uphold the interests of all our customers
- Ensure all interactions with customers are focused on delivering a fair outcome, including having the right products for their needs
- Comply with any specific responsibilities necessary for your role as outlined by your line manager, the Culture & People or assurance teams (compliance, risk, internal audit) and ensure you keep up to date with developments in these areas. This may include, amongst others, Beazley’s underwriting control standards, Beazley’s claims control standards, other Beazley standards and customer relationship management
- Carry out additional responsibilities as individually notified, either through your objectives or through the learning management system. These may include membership of any Beazley committees or working groups
- We are looking for someone who has several years of experience working as a Portfolio Integration Analyst or PMO Analyst, ideally within the Insurance industry.
- Ability to understand the end-to-end programme structure, plan and expected business outcomes.
- Comfortable understanding the delivery content of the various Modernisation programme initiatives.
- Great knowledge of PMO tools, methodologies and processes.
- Ability to analyse a range of complex data and present analytical findings.
