- Manage seasonal selling, including planning the sales calendar, coordinating samples, and overseeing appointments and order deadlines.
- Travel for showroom appointments, trade exhibitions and international client visits, supporting sales agents and distributors.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects through active outreach and CRM management.
- Deliver seasonal training and product knowledge tools to partners and clients.
- Monitor market feedback, seasonal sell-through and buying trends to inform ongoing planning.
- Ensure the showroom is prepared for each season with consistent visual merchandising and a premium environment.
- Support in visual merchandising displays at events or exhibitions as required.
- Liaise with production and operations to manage order processing, shipping and customer queries.
- Oversee the delivery schedule, coordinate samples, and ensure partners receive all supporting materials.
- Administer digital sales tools such as JOOR and ensure up-to-date product data and imagery.
- Track order volumes against seasonal and annual budgets.
- Review in-season performance with key clients and share insights during regular trade reviews.
- Compile post-market visit reports, action follow-ups and share commercial feedback internally.
- Feed into the design process by sharing regional and customer-specific feedback on fit, product and pricing.
- Proven experience in a wholesale or account management role within luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow strong client relationships across international markets.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and confident in interpreting sales data to inform decisions.
- Positive, flexible, and collaborative working style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using JOOR or similar wholesale platforms is desirable.
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset and natural client focus.
- Achieve seasonal and annual sales targets across accounts and regions.
- Drive growth with existing partners, identify and open new wholesale opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of seasonal orders.
- Maintain low order error rates and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Support strong in-season sell-through and provide timely trading actions.
- Deliver regular market insights and feedback to internal teams.
