VEHICLE POLISHER | PETERBOROUGH £15.00 - £16.00 PER HOUR (£37,440 PER YEAR)Location: Peterborough
Pay: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (£42,120 per year)
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours (Day shift) : 06:00 AM - 15:30 PM (£15.00 per hour)
Hours (Back-shift) : 15:00 PM - 01:00 AM (Monday - Thursday) and 15:00 PM - 20:00 PM (Friday) (£16.00 per hour)NOTE: You must have previous fresh paint polishing experience to be considered for this role.THE JOBWe're looking for an experienced Vehicle Polisher (Fresh Paint) to join a busy bodyshop in Peterborough. This is a permanent position with a good hourly rate and regular working hours.WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Polishing newly painted panels to a high standard
  • Spotting and fixing paint defects
  • Using various polishing techniques and equipment
  • Ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
  • Working as part of the bodyshop team
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Experience in automotive paint polishing and rectification
  • Skills in identifying and fixing common paint defects
  • Attention to detail and good eye for quality
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining standards
  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous bodyshop or garage experience
