We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.Our Construction team are now looking for 360 machine operators to join our site teams. Working in the South-West of England predominantly in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire, and Oxfordshire.What can we offer you?

Responsibilities for the job role:
  • Operating plant on Construction sites across the South-West as directed by the employer or third party
  • Washing, greasing, and general maintenance of any plant/equipment at any time allocated to you by the employer
  • Observe all health and safety requirements and instructions at the site
  • Ensure the work is carried out within the deadlines, safely and efficiently, and to relay information accurately to the Contracts Manager/Site Supervisor
  • Wear the appropriate PPE
  • To follow all instruction and direction from your Manager/Supervisor
  • Carry out best practice and safe working practices
  • Report any near accident or potential of an accident
  • Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the working process
