- Upholding consistency and precision in every dish that leaves the kitchen
- Playing an active part in the smooth day-to-day running of the pastry section
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a pastry kitchen
- Previous experience within a 4 or 5-star environment is essential
- A genuine enthusiasm for pastry, creativity, and learning new skills
- Be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen
