OverviewWe are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant. You will play a key role in our projects, utilising your expertise in Revit, understanding of UK building regulations and planning, and ideally, hand drawing skills.Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality design and technical drawings using Revit
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and practical design solutions
  • Contribute to the development of project concepts and design briefs
  • Assist in the coordination of drawings with other disciplines
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Hand drawing skills are considered a bonus
Day-to-DayAs a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings using Revit, conducting research on design and construction standards, and participating in design discussions with the team.
